The Library

Do you ever find yourself trying to find an article you remember seeing and that you would really like to reference, but for the life of you, you cannot remember where or when you saw it, or even where it came from? You can always “Google” it, but what if someone already had already done that for you and knew right where it was, when it was written, and who wrote it? What if they even had a short description of the article? The Library can help!

How can The Library help you?
The Library is a listing of recent and relevant articles, research, data, and other information related to educational debt management and financial literacy. The Library is organized by topic, so whether you need the latest articles on changes in the credit card industry, the latest on private loan disclosures, or some recent information on the health care bill and its potential impact on primary care health professionals, The Library can help you find them on the spot.

The Library can help financial aid professionals by:

•  Providing relevant and timely information that should enhance any presentations you provide for your applicants, students, and graduates

•   Helping “state your case” to decision makers with regard to improved financial literacy and debt management programs needed by your customers and constituents
The Library can help loan providers by:
•  Enhancing your Sales efforts by providing your Sales staff with relevant and timely information that adds to their credibility when visiting with current and future school customers
•  Enhancing your Customer Service training efforts through the use of relevant and timely information, all designed to help them better understand those borrowers who may be contacting them for assistance
The Library can help higher education associations by:
•  Providing quick access to relevant and timely information that can assist in your preparations for conference or other presentations you may be providing for your constituents
•  Helping “state your case” to decision makers with regard to improved financial literacy and debt management programs needed by your school or other constituent members and potential members
