For Recent Graduates
You should always check to see what kind of free resources may be available to you before you sign up with PGPresents. These resources may include, but not be limited to, your school's
Financial Aid Office, your student loan servicer(s), and your discipline's non-profit membership association. PGPresents provides personalized service, but you may find these resources helpful.
What you get with PGPresents:
• Detailed review of your student loan portfolio, with what may be the simplest and easiest to read summary of your student loans you have ever seen.
• Customized “Decision Point Timeline” that clearly marks what you have to do when in order to keep your loans in “Good Standing”, and which reflects your own personalized Repayment Strategy.
• Proactive follow up from Paul to help ensure any forms or other documents you filed were processed in a timely way.
• Third Party Authorization so that Paul can speak with your loan servicer(s) on your behalf, should you want or need that level of help.
• Proactive reminders of upcoming important deadlines and changes that may impact your student loans, including changes in loan servicing.
• Proactive notes with links to important articles on everything from the new credit card rules to updates on the new Income Based Repayment (IBR) plan.
• Unlimited access to Paul Garrard for a period of not less than seven months.
• No phone queues ever when you call—you either get Paul or his voice mail.
• Paul's cell phone number.
• Complete privacy, as other than any required or needed calls to your school's aid office or your loan servicer(s) on your behalf, everything you do is between you and Paul, and your personal information (such as email address) is never shared with outsiders.
How long the service lasts:
• Your contract runs for a period of seven months, which is designed to help ensure that Paul is available to work with you at least one month beyond any major decision point you may have on your student loans, such as the expiration of your Stafford Loan Grace period. This helps ensure that any decisions you make are playing out the way they are supposed to.
How much it costs, how you pay, and how you get started:
• You hire Paul on a retainer basis at $600 to cover 7 months.
• You pay a deposit of $300 up front to get started, with the remaining $300 billed after three months.
• You can pay by check or PayPal, whatever works best for you.
• Your deposit is 100% refundable should you not be satisfied with the level of service Paul provides through PGPresents. You just need to complete a short survey to let Paul why you were not satisfied.
• To get started, just call Paul at 877.201.6162 for a free walk through and consultation or complete the Client Intake Form.
