Standard of Care and Non-Negotiables

PGPresents adheres to the Financial Planning Association’s Standard of Care when conducting
business:

FPA Standard of Care
  • Put the client's interests first.
  • Act with due care and in utmost good faith.
  • Do not mislead clients.
  • Provide full and fair disclosure of all material facts.
  • Disclose and fairly manage all material conflicts of interest.
In addition, PGPresents has, from the outset of its business, set and adheres to the following Non-Negotiables when conducting business:

PGPresents' Non-Negotiables
  • No phone queues, ever.
  • No advertisements, ever.
  • No sharing of a client's contact information unless a) approved in advance by the client and b) needed in order to resolve a problem with a borrower's loan portfolio (for example, providing borrower contact information with Department of Education officials in hopes of resolution and/or in an attempt to expedite processing/resolution); PGPresents will never sell contact information to anyone, ever.
  • Provide objective information to clients designed to promote responsible borrowing.
  • Provide opinions only when requested and only when qualified as such.
