No sharing of a client's contact information unless a) approved in advance by the client and b)
needed in order to resolve a problem with a borrower's loan portfolio (for example, providing
borrower contact information with Department of Education officials in hopes of resolution
and/or in an attempt to expedite processing/resolution); PGPresents will never sell contact
information to anyone, ever.
Provide objective information to clients designed to promote responsible borrowing.
Provide opinions only when requested and only when qualified as such.
